AGE UK Information and Advice Service

As our new Good Times Together Club for people living with dementia or memory loss, their families and those who care for them has failed we have established a link with AGE UKs new Information and Advice Service for the over 50s, their families and carers.

People can now contact AGE UK Monday to Thursday 10am to 1pm at their offices at 55 Castle Street, Hinckley or telephone 01455 619519

They also have a new telephone HELPLINE which is available Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm by ringing 0116 2992278

Through the above services AGE UK can offer practical help, suggest ways to solve difficulties and give you details of others who may be able to help and includes:

  • Help, advice and information for older people and those who care for them

  • Welfare benefit claims assistance

  • A comprehensive range of guide books and fact sheets

  • Information on a range of activities and groups suitable for older people

  • Leaflets on AGE UK products and services

As an alternative to the above YOU CAN still contact us at the Centre and we will try and help, give you information or point you in the right direction where you can get help, information and advice.
